无张力疝气修补术与传统疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效对比 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨无张力疝气修补术与传统疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。 方法 将2012年8月～2015年9月来我院接受治疗的85例腹股沟疝患者纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用传统疝气修补术，研究组采用无张力疝气修补术。观察两组患者的手术情况和并发症情况。 结果 研究组患者平均手术时间、抗生素平均应用时间、术后平均疼痛时间、术后平均下床活动时间、平均住院时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者尿潴留、腹股沟区疼痛及总并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 无张力疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果更好，手术时间短，术后恢复快，并发症少，临床应用价值较高。 　　[关键词] 无张力疝气修补术；传统疝气修补术；腹股沟疝；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R656.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）23-0040-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effects of tension-free hernia repair and conventional hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 85 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from August 2012 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were given conventional hernia repair， and those in the study group were given tension-free hernia repair. Operation condictions（operation time， time of antibiotic application， time of postoperative pain， time to off-bed activities， and hospital stay） and incidence of complications（hematoma of scrotum， incision infection， retention of urine， and pain in the inguinal region） were observed. Results The operation time， time of antibiotic application， time of postoperative pain， time to off-bed activities， and hospital stay were all significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group， the difference was significant （P0.05）. The incidence rates of retention of urine， pain in the inguinal region， and overall complications were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group， the difference was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair has better effect than conventional hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia， with shorter operation time， faster postoperative recovery， lower incidence of complications， and higher clinical value. 　　[Key words] Tension-free hernia repair； Conventional hernia repair； Inguinal hernia； Complications腹股沟疝即“疝
