无痛胃镜下电凝电切治疗上消化道息肉临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探究无痛胃镜下电凝切用于上消化道息肉的临床治疗效果。方法 随机从该院2013年3月―2015年3月收治入院的上消化道息肉患者中抽取80例作为该次研究的观察对象，并按照随机双盲法将该组患者分成治疗组和对照组，各40例，对照组患者实施常规手术切除，而治疗组则采用无痛胃镜下电凝切实施治疗，比较两组患者术后表现和术后并发症，综合评价无痛胃镜下电凝切用于上消化道息肉的临床治疗效果。结果 两组患者成功完成手术，治疗组（97.50%）临床治愈率显著高于对照组（80.00%），且治疗组（7.50%）术后不良情况发生率明显低于对照组（25.00%），比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 无痛胃镜下电凝切治疗用于上消化道息肉临床治疗，不仅能够有效进行治疗，同时还能减轻患者的痛苦，并且术后不良反应也较少，其值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 上消化道息肉；无痛胃镜；电凝切治疗；效果观察 　　[中图分类号] R735.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（a）-0105-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore painless gastroscope coagulation cut for the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015 the hospital - Gastrointestinal decimated 80 cases admitted to hospital as this study observed object polyp patients， and in accordance with the method of the present randomized double-blind treatment groups were divided into groups and the control group， with 40 patients in the control group was treated with conventional surgery， and the treatment group using coagulation cut gastroscopy implementation of treatment， after the performance of two groups were compared and postoperative complications， comprehensive evaluation of painless gastroscopy power condensate cut for the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps. Results The two groups of patients successfully completed surgery treatment group （97.50%） was significantly higher clinical cure rate （80.00%）， and the treatment group （7.50%） after the adverse conditions was significantly lower than the control group （25.00%） compared the difference was significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Painless gastroscope cut coagulation therapy for the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps， not only to effective treatment， while alleviating the suffering of patients， and fewer postoperative adverse reactions， it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Upper gastrointestinal polyps； Gastroscopy； Electrocoagulation resection； Effect 　　上消化道息肉是临床常见的消化系统疾病，
