环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果及应用优势探析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果及应用优势。方法：择取2013年3月-2015年3月至笔者所在医院诊疗的乳腺纤维瘤患者66例纳入本次试验研究，对所有患者按照计算机随机分组方法，分为常规组33例与试验组33例，两组患者均采取手术治疗，其中常规组患者采取放射状切口治疗，试验组患者采取环乳晕切口治疗，对比两种手术治疗方案的应用效果。结果：两组患者经过临床治疗后，试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.97%，常规组为81.82%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对乳腺纤维瘤患者而言，采取环乳晕切口手术治疗方案的应用效果显著，具有治疗总有效率高、术后美容效果佳等优势，手术安全有效、操作简便。 　　【关键词】 乳腺纤维瘤； 应用优势； 环乳晕切口； 放射状切口； 治疗 　　中图分类号 R737.9 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）29-0019-03 　　The Application Advantage Analysis of Ring Areola Incision in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Fibroma/HE Qing-an，WANG Jin-sheng，LIN Bing-huang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（29）：19-21 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application advantages of ring areola incision in the treatment of mammary gland fibroma and.Method：From March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital for disease diagnosis and treatment of 66 cases of mammary gland fibroma patients were selected as the experimental research，according to the implement computer random grouping method，all the patients were divided into the normal group and the experimental group，33 patients in each group，all the patients were treated with surgery，the normal group patients used radial incision，the experimental group patients used ring areola incision treatment，the application effect of two kinds of surgical treatment was compared.Result：After clinical treatment，the total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.97%，the normal group was 81.82%，there was significant difference in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with mammary gland fibroma，ring areola incision surgery treatment effect is remarkable，with a total effective rate is high，the advantages of the postoperative good cosmetic effect，the operation is safe，effective and convenient operation. 　　【Key words】 Mammary gland fibroma； Application advantages； Ring areola incision； Radial incision； Treatment 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital Affiliated to Quanzhou Medical College，Quanzhou 362000，China 　　doi：10
