甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖护理方法研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖的护理方法，为临床提供参考。方法 选取该院收治的50例甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者作为观察对象，收治时间为2014年2月―2015年2月，采用随机分组的方式将50例甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者分成两组，每组25例。对照组采取常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上采取整体护理，观察比较两组甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者护理后的血糖情况以及并发症发生率。 结果 对照组患者的并发症发生率（28.00%）明显高于实验组患者的并发症发生率（8.00%）；且两组甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者护理后血糖水平的比较结果存在显著差异，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 对甲状腺癌合并糖尿病患者采取整体护理，能够有效降低患者发生并发症的机率，降低和控制患者的血糖水平，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 甲状腺癌；糖尿病；术后；血糖；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0133-02 　　Nursing Methods of Blood Glucose in Patients with Thyroid Carcinoma Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus 　　LI Chun-hong 　　Department of head and neck surgery， Mudanjiang Tumour Hospital， Mudanjiang， Heilongjiang Province， 157000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the nursing methods of blood glucose in patients with thyroid cancer complicated with diabetes， to provide the reference for clinical. Methods in our hospital 50 cases of thyroid carcinoma in patients with diabetes mellitus as the object of observation， the treated time for February February 2014 to 2015， adopting a randomized to 50 cases of thyroid carcinoma with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups， 25 cases in each group. Routine nursing care was taken in control group， the experimental group on the basis of the control group take the holistic nursing， compared two groups of thyroid carcinoma with diabetes nursing observation of blood glucose and the incidence of complications. Results in the control group， the incidence of complications （28.00%） was significantly higher than that of complications in the patients in the experimental group the incidence （8.00%）； and two groups of thyroid cancer patients with diabetes care blood glucose level comparison results there is a significant difference， P 0.05， the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion for patients with thyroid carcinoma in patients with diabetes mellitus take holistic nursing， can effectively reduce the probability of complications in patients， to reduce and co
