甲硝唑联合阴道抑菌凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨甲硝唑联合阴道抑菌凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法 100例细菌性阴道病患者， 随机分为对照组和治疗组， 各50例。对照组给予甲硝唑进行阴道填塞治疗， 治疗组在此基础上加用阴道抑菌凝胶填塞， 观察治疗1周后两组患者治疗的有效率及停药1周后复发率情况， 并进行比较。结果 治疗1周后， 治疗组有效率为90%， 对照组有效率为84%， 比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；停药1周后， 治疗组复发率为30%， 明显低于对照组的50%（P0.05）。结论 甲硝唑联合阴道抑菌凝胶用于治疗细菌性阴道病， 经观察治疗效果好、副作用少、复发率低等特点， 值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 甲硝唑；细菌性阴道病；阴道抑菌凝胶 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.29.009 　　Observation of clinical effect by metronidazole combined with vaginal antibacterial gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis CHEN Yan， OUYANG Yun-ying， FAN Jian-mei. Methods A total of 100 patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received metronidazole for vaginal packing treatment， and the treatment group also received additional vaginal antibacterial gel. Observation was made on treatment effective rate after 1 week of treatment and recurrence condition after 1 week of drug withdrawal in both groups for comparison. Results After 1 week of treatment， the treatment group had effective rate as 90%， which was 84% in the control group， and their difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）. After 1 week of drug withdrawal， the treatment group had obviously lower recurrence rate as 30% than 50% of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of metronidazole and vaginal antibacterial gel in treating bacterial vaginosis contains advantages of good curative effect， few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
