甲醛甲酚与Vitpex糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎效果对比 　　摘 要 目的：探讨甲醛甲酚与Vitpex糊剂应用于难治性根尖周炎根管内封药消毒的临床疗效。方法：收集2015年3月―2016年3月收治的难治性根尖周炎患者60例（60颗患牙），随机分为观察组30例，予以Vitpex糊剂封入根管内消毒，对照组30例，予以甲醛甲酚封入根管内消毒，比较两组临床效果，并采用视觉疼痛评分（VAS）进行评估。结果：观察组总有效率为96.67%（29/30），高于对照组的83.33%（25/30，P0.05）。观察组封药后VAS评分为（3.86±1.02）分，显著低于对照组的（6.03±1.53）分（P0.05）。结论：难治性根尖周炎患者应用甲醛甲酚与Vitpex糊剂根管内封药消毒均有效，但后者效果更好，疼痛程度更低。 　　关键词 难治性根尖周炎 Vitpex糊剂 甲醛甲酚 根管消毒 　　中图分类号：R781.34+1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）22-0027-02 　　Comparison of effects between formocresol and vitpex paste in the treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis 　　XI Chenxi， ZHU Tingting， XU Huajin（Department of Stomatology of Dachang Hospital of Baoshan District， Shanghai 200436， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of formocresol and vitpex paste used in the root canal sealed disinfection of refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods： From March 2015 to March 2016， 60 cases（60 teeth） of refractory periapical periodontitis were collected and randomly divided into an observation group with 30 cases， whose root canal was sealed with vitpex paste for disinfection and the control group with 30 cases， whose root canal was sealed with formocresol for disinfection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the visual analogue scale（VAS） was used for the evaluation. Results： In the observation group， the total effective rate was 96.67%（29/30）， which was higher than 83.33%（25/30） in the control group（P0.05）. After being sealed for disinfection， VAS score was（3.86±1.02） points in the observation group， which decreased more significantly than（6.03±1.53） points in the control group（P0.05）.
