盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨膝关节骨关节炎应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗的效果。 方法 整群选取该院2013年7月―2014年7月收治的94例膝关节骨关节炎患者，将其随机分为对照组（47例）和观察组（47例），分别采用常规治疗和盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗，观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.74%（45/47），对照组为78.72%（37/47），观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P0.05）。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应及并发症。 结论 膝关节骨关节炎应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗，效果显著，能消除肿胀和炎症，促进受损的软骨组织恢复。 　　[关键词] 膝关节骨关节炎；盐酸氨基葡萄糖；双氯芬酸 　　[中图分类号] R593.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0154-02 　　Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Combined with Diclofenac in Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee 　　YE Dun 　　Bone and Joint Surgery， Jiaozhou third peoples Hospital， Jiaozhou， Shandong Province， 266300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of the application of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with diclofenac in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
