神经内科100例头晕患者影响因素研究 　　【摘要】 目的 分析研究神经内科头晕患者的病因及影响因素， 以期指导临床的诊断与治疗。方法 100例于本科就诊主诉为头晕的患者， 通过收集临床资料并结合辅助检查等手段， 诊断并分析头晕的发病原因， 并将数据进行统计学处理， 并对影响头晕的因素进行分析。结果 本次研究共选取100例头晕患者， 其中男43例， 女57例；年龄15～82岁， 平均年龄61岁。其中头晕患者的类型包括中枢性头晕、周围性头晕、精神障碍性头晕、系统性疾病性头晕以及其他原因导致的头晕， 分别占21%、47%、4%、27%、1%。其中周围性头晕患者中有美尼尔综合征患者12例， 良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者35例。年龄≤45岁的患者有10例[其中男4例（40.0%）， 女6例（60.0%）]， 年龄45岁的患者有90例[其中男39例（43.3%）， 女51例（56.7%）]。对于头晕所采取的治疗措施， 其疗效与年龄呈负性相关。结论 周围性头晕是神经内科头晕患者最常见的类型， 而其中良性阵发性位置性眩晕最为多见， 年龄性别等因素的差异对头晕的发生与治疗也存在影响。发病率女性多于男性， 中老年多见。头晕患者临床症状均较明显， 可为临床疾病诊断提供参考依据。 　　【关键词】 神经内科；头晕；病因分析；诊断 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.28.002 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and research etiology and influencing factors for dizziness patients in department of neurology， and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods There were 100 patients in our department with main symptom as dizziness， and their etiology of dizziness was diagnosed and analyzed by clinical data collection combing with assistant examination. Their data were taken into statistical processing for analysis of influencing factors. Results Among 100 patients in this research， there were 43 male cases and 57 female cases， aging 15～82 years old， with mean age as 61 years old. Their dizziness types included central dizziness， peripheral dizziness， psychogeny dizziness， systemic disease dizziness and dizziness induced by other cause， accounting respectively for 21%， 47%， 4%， 27% and 1%. Among patients with peripheral dizziness， there were 12 cases with Meniere’s syndrome and 35 cases with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. There were 10 cases with age ≤ 45 years old [4 male cases （40.0%） and 6 female cases （60.0%）] and 90 cases 45 years old [39 male cases （43.3%） and 51 female cases （56.7%）]. Curative effect by dizziness therapy was negatively correlated with age. Conclusion Peripheral dizziness is the most common dizziness type in department of neurology， and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the major type. Age and gender sho
