细节管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨在消毒供应室中应用细节管理方法的应用效果。 方法 对本院2015年1～12月间消毒供应室中的16例护理人员进行分组研究，采取数字随机法将其分为数量相同的观察组与对照组，均行常规管理方法，观察组加以细节管理方法，比较两组的护理质量、差错发生率、总体满意度。 结果 观察组的安全问题防范意识、差错防范意识、服务意识均高于对照组；观察组的差错发生率为2.17%，低于对照组的差错发生率（4.62%）；观察组的及时回收、包装质量、及时供给情况均优于对照组，总体满意率明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 应用细节管理可显著改善消毒供应室护理人员的护理质量，减少差错事件，优化满意度，适合广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 消毒供应中心；细节管理；护理质量；差错事件 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）17-0135-03 　　Application effect of details management in disinfection supply room 　　LIU Jianwen 　　Supply Room， Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital， Guangzhou 510510， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of details management in disinfection supply room. Methods From January to December 2015， 16 nurses in the disinfection supply room were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. Nurses in both groups were given conventional management， and those in the observation group were additionally given details management. The quality of nursing， rate of errors， and overall satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The safety awareness， error awareness， and service awareness were higher in the observation group than that in the control group. The rate of errors in the observation group was 2.17%， significantly lower than the 4.62% in the control group； the situations of timely withdrawal， packaging quality and timely supply were significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group； and the overall satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（P0.05）.
