血液灌流串联血液透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的治疗价值评估 　　[摘要]目的 探讨血液灌流串联血液透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的治疗效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2015年12月我院收治的100例尿毒症伴发皮肤瘙痒患者作为此次研究的对象，采取计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组均有50例。对照组实施血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗，观察组实施血液灌流串联血液透析治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、皮肤瘙痒消失时间及治疗前后的β2-微球蛋白。结果 观察组的总有效率为94%，较对照组（78%）明显更高（P0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组的皮肤瘙痒消失时间明显缩短（P0.05）。与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后的β2-微球蛋白均明显降低（P0.05），且观察组较对照组明显更低（P0.05）。结论 在尿毒症伴发皮肤瘙痒患者的临床治疗中，采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗具有显著的临床疗效，可有效促进皮肤瘙痒的缓解。 　　[关键词]尿毒症；皮肤瘙痒；血液透析；血液灌流 　　[中图分类号] R692.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）08（a）-0073-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis in patients with uremic pruritus and uremia.Methods 100 cases of uremic pruritus and uremia′s patients from January 2013 to December 2015 who with treatment at the intrinsic phase in our hospital were selected as the study object，100 cases patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer random grouping method，each group had 50 cases.The control group was implemented with hemodialysis in series hemodialysis filtration treatment，the observation group was implemented with blood perfusion in series of hemodialysis treatment.The total effective rate，skin itching disappeared time were compared between the two groups，and the β2- microspheres protein of the two groups was compared between before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （78%）（P0.05）.Compared with the control group，the disappearance time of skin itching in the observation group was significantly shorter （P0.05）.Compared with before treatment，the β2- microspheres protein of the two groups were significantly reduced after the treatment （P0.05），but after treatment，the β2- microspheres protein of the observation group was significantly lower than of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of uremic patients with skin itching，the using of hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion treatme
