降钙素原、超敏C―反应蛋白在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨降钙素原（PCT）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取2014年8月～2016年2月我院新生儿科收治的200例败血症新生儿作为研究组，以同期收治的200例非感染性疾病新生儿作为对照组，以血培养为金标准，对所有患儿进行血培养、血清PCT及hs-CRP检测，分析统计其结果的差异。 结果 研究组200例患儿中PCT阳性人数比例最高，其次是血培养，hs-CRP最低；研究组血清PCT水平及阳性率均高于对照组（P0.05）；以血清PCT≥0.5 ng/ml、hs-CRP≥8 mg/L为阳性标准，血清PCT对新生儿败血症诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于hs-CRP检测（P0.05）。 结论 PCT及hs-CRP均对新生儿败血症的临床诊治具有指导意义，特别是PCT作为新生儿败血症的重要诊断及监测指标，能够在新生儿败血症的早期诊断及治疗中发挥重要的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 降钙素原；超敏C-反应蛋白；血培养；败血症 　　[中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（c）-0130-03 　　Early diagnosis value of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in neonatal septicemia 　　HUANG Chang-e LIU Yun-hua WANG Jia 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory，Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Guangdong Province，Heyuan 517000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of procalcitonin （PCT） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in early diagnosis of neonatal septicemia. Methods From August 2014 to February 2016，200 neonates with sepsis admitted into our hospital were selected as research group，and another group of 200 neonates with non-infectious diseases during the same period was chosen as control group.The blood culture was regarded as golden standard.The blood culture，PCT and hs-CRP from serum in all participants were tested and outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results In the research group，proportion of positive PCT among 200 neonates was highest，and blood culture was in the second.The positive rate of hs-CRP was lowest.In the research group，the level and positive rate of serum PCT were both higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.Setting serum PCT≥0.5 ng/ml and hs-CRP≥8 mg/L as positive standard，the sensitivity，specificity，and accuracy of serum PCT on diagnosing neonatal septicemia were all higher than those by testing on hs-CRP （P0.05）.
