General Information for completing the Application Form In completing the Application Form for e-Corp please print (block letters) and ensure the information provided is true and correct. Each Application Form is for one company only. If there is more than one company, a separate Application Form must be completed for each. The Application Form consists of several sections: Basic Company Information Account User Information Declaration For new applications all sections must be completed.
