学 号：  毕业论文 GRADUATE THESIS 论文题目：小学建设项目可行性研究 学生姓名： 专业班级：工程管理 学 院：建筑工程学院 指导教师： 教授 2014年05月28日 摘 要 凤城建设集团拟建设一所小学，该建设项目资金投入量比较大，回收期较长，一旦决策失误将会浪费大量的人力、物力、财力。所以本论文针对该项目的可行性进行研究。 本文研究了拟建项目的概况、必要性和可行性、建设条件、技术方案、节能和环境保护、劳动安全和消防、工期安排、投资估算、招投标和社会影响等方面的内容。通过研究证明该建设项目的周边给排水、供电、供暖、交通等市政配套条件满足建设要求；规模适当，建设方案合理，建设期为一年，总体符合项目建设规律；资金来源可靠。项目符合凤城城市建设总体规划，符合国家相关的法律法规及关于教育的发展政策；具有良好的社会效益。由此该建设项目切实可行。 关键词 小学建设项目；环境保护；可行性 Abstract FengCheng Construction Group plans to build a primary school, and such a construction is relatively large and the recovery period is very long.Once the decision-making goes wrong, it will waste a lot of manpower, material and financial resources.So this paper aims at studying the feasibility of the project. This paper researches the general situation, necessity and feasibility of the proposed project, including construction condition, technology solutions, energy saving and environmental protection, the safety of the labors and fire control, the construction scheme, the investment estimation, the content of bidding and the social impact, and so on. The research proved that the construction project of the surrounding municipal facilities, such as the water supply and drainage, the power supply,and the transportation conditions meet the requirements of the construction. The construction scale is appropriate and the construction scheme is reasonable. The construction period which is one year, conforms to the feature of the project ; the source of funds is reliable. The project is in accordance with the developing plans of FengCheng and all the relevant national laws, regulations and policies on education. the project has great efficiency on social. Thus this construction project is feasible.
