家、园、社区协同利用学前教育资源的现状研究 摘 要：本文通过访谈、问卷、文献等调查研究方法对淮南市幼儿园家、园、社区协同资源的现状进行了调查, 调查的内容包括：幼儿园有哪些可以利用的家庭、社区资源；利用情况怎样；如何有效利用；然后对现状进行了分析，发现幼儿园对家庭、社区教育资源的认识不足；幼儿园、家庭、社区合作共育表面化现象严重；幼教工作者的整体素质有待提高。建议注重加强各方联系，政府及社会积极参与支持；家庭方面，家长有必要转变教育观念；转变幼教工作思路，争取打造新型发展模式，提高教师整体素质。 关键词：幼儿教育；家庭资源；社区资源；协同利用 A Research of Cooperation with Families and Communities in Kindergarten Student：GeDeyu Instructor：HeErxing Educational Science Department of Huainan Normal University Abstract: This text passes research methods, such as questionnaire, interview, observation etc. Carried on the inquisition to the present condition of cooperation with families and communities in kindergarten of Huainan. The inquisitional contents include: what resources of family and community could be made use of；How about the status quo；How could these resources be used effectively； And then analyze the situation, pointing out to the following problems. The workers in the kindergartens lack notion of making use of resources of family and community; the kindergarten’s cooperation with families and communities is superficial; the kindergarten staff’s overall quality should be improved. So I put forward the following suggestions : the kindergartens should strengthen the relation of all quarters and seek administrative support; families should update the notion of pre-school education management and deepen the home- kindergarten cooperation; the kindergartens should use resources creatively, create a new development pattern and improve the kindergarten staff’s overall quality.
