Physical Exercise is a waste of time? Some students thinks that physical exercise is a waste of time. I don’t agree this opinion. For me, physical exercise is investment on our health, the more time you input, the more benefits you will receive. I have 3 reasons to support my idea. 1) As we all know, obesity, hypertension ,insomnia and diabetes mellitus and lots of diseases trouble many people. Though physical exercise ,the possibility of getting diseases is declining and the curability is increasing. 2) Physical exercise can be excellent way for us to spend in free time and make more friends. 3)Not only can physical exercise bring many benefits for our body but also our mental healthy. In the modern world, lots of us suffer physical diseases as well as psychological illness. Though physical exercise, we can reduce pressure and forget unhappy things. My own story A strong mind needs a strong body in order to make it most useful! Therefore, for me I will never feel is a waste of time to do physical exercise. I will call on more classmates and friends to join with me ! * * *
