河北农业大学现代科技学院 毕业论文 题 目：河北省高新技术产品出口的现状及其发展对策 学 部： 经济管理学部 专业班级： 国际经济与贸易1106班 学 号： 2011614021207 学生姓名： 张达威 指导教师姓名： 刘 妍 指导教师职称： 讲 师 二O一五 年 五 月 三十 日 摘 要 高新技术产业具有广阔的市场前景，产品附加值高，新技术产品出口在对外贸易中所占比例的作用越来越大，能够推动经济的快速增长。本文基于河北省高新技术产业总体布局，对产品出口结构，市场分布，外资引入等出口现状进行分析。发现存在创新研发能力薄弱，出口产品品种单一，出口市场范围略小，贸易壁垒难以突破等问题。提出增加资金投入，重视人才培养，提升研发创新能力，开拓新兴市场，提高市场份额，扩大产品出口范围，调整产业结构，增加产业链条，丰富产品出口品种，提高技术标准，健全法律制度，打破国外贸易壁垒等对策。 关键词：河北省；高新技术产业；出口贸易；贸易壁垒；科技研发 Abstract High-tech industry has broad market prospects, high value-added products, new technology products export in the proportion of foreign trade role more and more big, can promote the rapid growth of the economy.
