广西科技大学鹿山学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：对我国城市“以房养老”模式的研究 系 别： 管理系 专业班级： 房产101 姓 名： 周乙芬 学 号： 指导教师： 张晓慧 职 称： 助教 二〇 一三 年 十二 月 十二 日 摘要 中国已经进入老龄化社会，计划生育政策的实施使得家庭结构发生显著变化，养儿防老的传统方式难以适应时代的发展。怎样养老、养老方式的选择已成为社会的热点话题。 本文以老年人在城市拥有产权房作为研究对象，重新定义“以房养老”的概念，扩大其覆盖面。通过研究国外比较成熟的且实施成功的”以房养老“模式，分析其成功原因。再研究我国现有的“以房养老”模式以及在南京、上海、北京试点的高级“以房养老”模式在我国实施中缺乏规模性、制度性的主要原因。结合我国国情以及传统观念对“以房养老”模式进行大胆创新，从法律政策体系、宏观社会支持体系以及微观家庭个人支持体系三大方面提出促进“以房养老”发展的建议，使其能够朝着我国的当前形势发展。 关键词：老龄化 以房养老 新型养老模式 Abstract China has entered an aging society, the implementation of the one-child policy makes family structure changed significantly, a traditional way to support them to adapt to the development of The Times. To the research of our countrys existing retirement with house model and pilot in Beijing，Nanjing, Shanghai, senior retirement with house mode in our country the main reason for the lack of scale, institutional implementation. Combined with Chinas national conditions and the traditional concept of retirement with house model of bold innovation, from the law policy system and macro social support system and micro family personal support system three aspects put forward the Suggestions to promote the development of retirement with house, make it towards the current situation of the development of our country.
