齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题　　目 三一重工股份有限公司财务分析 院（系）　 经济管理学院 2013年 6 月 15 日 摘 要 随着社会的进步，经济逐渐向全球蔓延。经济这一代名词也已经成为全球最热门的话题。在经济领域中，人们通过对财务报表的分析进行各项研究，得到相关的结论做以投资、筹资等各项资本活动。相关利益者只有充分重视财务报表所反映的问题并加以分析，才能使利益集团获得更大的收益。本文选取三一重工股份有限公司（股票代码：600031）2007-2011年度财务报表进行分析，运用趋势分析法和杜邦分析法等方法对公司进行财务分析。研究了三一重工偿债，盈利，运营及发展四个方面的能力。得出了三一重工成本费用高，应收项目多以及负债金额巨大三方面问题。并提出了合理控制成本费用、加强应收账款的管理以及适度举债经营的改进性建议。 关键词：盈利能力；财务分析；杜邦分析 Abstract With the progress of society, the economy gradually spreading to the world. The economy has become synonymous with the worlds most popular topic. In the economic sphere, the people through the analysis of the financial statements for the various studies done by the relevant conclusions of the investment, financing and other capital activities. Only full attention to stakeholder issues reflected in the financial statements and analyze them in order to make greater gains interest groups. This paper selects Sany Heavy Industry Co. (ticker symbol: 600031) annual financial statements for 2007-2011 were analyzed using trend analysis and DuPont analysis methods such as financial analysis of the company. Studied Sany debt, earnings, operating and developing four capacities. Sany obtained high costs, receivables and liabilities of a huge amount more than three aspects. And put forward reasonable control costs, strengthen management of accounts receivable and moderate leverage improvement recommendations.
