2015 届 华北科技学院 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 设计（论文）题目： 天津市武清区观湖花园二期6＃住宅楼施工组织设计 专 题 题 目： 姓 名： xx 学 号： 201005024120 专业班级： 土木B101 院 部： 建筑工程学院 指导教师： xx 2015年 6 月 12 日观湖花园二期6＃住宅楼施工组织设计 摘要：本设计是针对观湖花园二期6#楼住宅楼所做的施工组织设计，其位于天津市武清区。建筑面积为6133.77 平方米,建筑层数为7层，总建筑高度是23.9m,室内外高差5.600m。本高层住宅采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，结构类别为三类，合理使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度。 本设计针对住宅的使用功能要求，现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构、支撑体系、钢筋绑扎、模板拆除等施工工艺难度大的特点，做出相应的施工方案和部署。在施工设计过程中对关键工序实行方案先行，严格控制工期、质量及材料等环节，合理的布置施工现场，尽量减少施工用地，使平面布置紧凑合理。严格挑选分承包方和分供方，保证材料进场时间，保证进行流水施工顺序，达到以最短的工期、最优质的质量实现用户的满意。 关键词：方案；设计；进度；总平面图 Lake View Garden PhaseⅡ 6 # Residential Building Construction Organization Design Abstrct：This design is made ??for the construction design concept Phase 6 # Lake Gardens residential building, which is located in the Wuqing District.
