Even though they are commonly widespread , influential and believed by the puhlic , they lack the academic research and a clear result in their life nurturing value. By adopting interdisciplinarγapproaches and clarifying the literary lineage and theoretical research , the paper explains the academic , health care and application values of these 9 topics in respect to their inaccuracy , inadequate usage and misconception. For example , mutual restraint hetween foods and consumption of bear hile for health maintenance are inaccurate , foot massage for curative treatment and excessive consumption of ginseng and Gua Sha treatment for health preservation are inadequate , and tonifying the physique forms with foods with the same forms , eating games and taking a vegetarian diet for health preserving and adjusting the five flavors in accord with seasons are misconception.
