菜籽油加工产业差异化发展模式分析

摘要 :基于油菜产止链脉络的研究视角，以菜籽油加工产业原料供给、菜籽油加工、菜籽油销售等环
节为分析的切入点，阐述菜籽油加工产业差异化概念，探讨发展菜籽油加工产业差异化在油
菜产业方面所面临的障碍，认为菜籽油加工产业差异化发展有益于国内油菜产业发展。 最后，
从菜籽油国家标准、菜籽油加工工艺、油菜籽目标价格补贴、产3.t科技创新、油菜种植科学规划等方
面，提出菜籽油加工产业差异化发展模式的政策建议。

Analysis of the differentiation development mode of rapeseed oil
processing industry

Abstract : Based on the pecspective of rape industry chain , with the raw material supply , rapeseed oil pro-
cessing , rapeseed oil marketing in rapeseed oil processing industcy as breakthrough points , the differenti-
ation concept of rapeseed oil processing indus位y was described , and the obstacles in developing differ-
entiation of rapeseed oil processing industry in rape industry were dicussed. It was thought that the diι
ferentiation development of rapeseed oil processing industcy was Ibeneficial to the development of domes-
tic cape industry. Finally , the policy recommendations for the differentiation development mode of rape-
seed oil processing industry was proposed from the aspects of national standards of rapeseed oil , pcocessing
technology of rapeseed oil , target price subsidy of rapeseed , industrially technological innovation and sci-
entific planning of rape planting.

2013 年国内居民用于食用的植物油消费总量
达 2996.6 万 t，占可食用植物油消费总量的 91. 3% ,
菜籽油、花生油、大豆油、葵花籽油四大食用植物油
消费总量达 2405.2 万 t 占可食用植物油消费总量
的 73 . 3% ，作为我国传统食用油的菜籽油消费量达
685 . 6 万 t，占四大食用植物油总量的 28.5% ，成为
我国第二大油脂消费品;其中，国产菜籽油占国产油
