Meth创s The s ubject5 in- cluded 44 patieots witb L V volumetric overload and 45 normal volunteers as controls. Based on L V end-diastolic volume in- dex (L VEDVI) , the patients were divided into three groups : L VEDVl nonnal group. L VEDVl augmentation group and marked LVEDVI augmentation group. The peak s Y5tolic strain rate (PSSR) and tbe peak systolic 5train ( PSS) from SRl curve were obtained and compared among the groups. ln addition , the change of these parameters pre- and post伽operlltion was also analyzed. R回ults ①Compared with control group. PSSR and PSS showed 00 change 川 LVEDVl normal group both pre- and 仰st-operation but they were significantly higher in L VEDVI augmentation group and marked L VEDVI aug- mentation group 1 pre-operation and returned to normallevel post-operation as L VEDVI decreased significantly. 111 marked L VEDVI augmentation group D , PSSR and PSS were lower botb pre- and post-operation and sbowed no change pos? opera- tion although L VEDVI decreascd after operation. ( PSSR and P3 were correlated positively to L VEDVI (γ=0.80 and 0.83. P0.05) in LVEDVI normal group but negatively to LVEDVI (r= - 0.72 and -0.53 , P0. 05) in marked L VED- vl augmentation group while in L VEDVl augmentation group , no significant correlation was found ( r= O. 46 and O.
