Enter the IP address of the ProLiant DL360 server assigned to your lab group by your instructor. Leave the Encryption setting to Let Server Choose. Click Connect. Enter the password provided by your instructor. Click OK. The Windows desktop of the ProLiant DL360 server displays. To log in to Windows, press the F8 key to display the VNC menu, select Send Ctrl-Alt-Del to send that key sequence to the VNC window. Then you can log in to Windows. Windows server 2003 on DL360 Exiting a Lab Session Close any open PuTTY terminal sessions on the DL360 server Windows desktop. Close any open IE browser windows on the DL360 server Windows desktop. Log off of Windows on the DL360 Server. Important!Be sure to log off of the server. Do NOT shut down the server! Move the cursor over the VNC menu bar at the top center of the DL360 server window (under the title bar) and click the Close icon (third icon from the left). The server window closes.
