侧围密封梁拉延模具设计_毕业论文.docVIP

湖 北 汽 车 工 业 学 院 毕 业 设 计（论 文 ）  摘 要  论文主 要介绍 了东风 越野 车有限公司 越野车 制造项 目— —侧围密封梁 拉延 模具设 计。该论文侧重于拉延模具的结构设计和工艺分析计算。使用ｃａｄ软件进行二维工程 图的绘制，运用ｐｒｏｅ和ＵＧ进行三维数字化设计和模具的虚拟装配。论文对该拉延 模具的主要零 部件进行了结构分析和参数计算，同时对模具装 配步骤进行了介绍。在整 个拉延模具设 计过程中，严格按照零件的工艺要求，综合考虑了模具结构的可靠性与科 学性，从而缩 短模具制造周期，提升产品质量，提高产品经济型。 关键词：越野车 ；拉延模具；设计；结构；cad/proe/UG；装配；周期；  I 湖 北 汽 车 工 业 学 院 毕 业 设 计（论 文 ） Abstract  Paper mainly introd uced the pro ject o f the Do ngfeng o ff-road vehicles——side sealed beam drawing d ie des ign. The paper focuses on the drawing d ie str ucture design and process analysis and calculatio n. Us ing cad so ftware for two -d imens ional engineering grap hics rendering, using proe ， UG and 3 d digital design and virtual ass emb ly of mo uld. Papers o n the main parts o f the drawing d ie str ucture analysis and parameter calculatio n, at the same time of mo ld assembly steps are introduced.
