First of all, it is necessary to calculation blank size of complex box support parts, determines the forming times of drawing frame parts and constitutes the forming process of parts, and we can design die according to the forming process. A reasonable layout can improve the utilization ratio of material in the blanking die, it is necessary to calculate blanking force correctly in order to choose the suitable press machine for meeting the needs of blanking in plate. Besides, we can get the accurate size and good quality blank work piece. The drawing die is the key to form box support parts, the shape, size, round radius and gap of convex and concave die, it can improve the accuracy of parts which has the good frame structure and blank positioning. The final forming process is piercing, when we choose the press machine, it has to know that the press is the sum of four holes press, it is convenient for manufacturing to choose frame structure and design convex and concave die which can be the same blanking die or drawing die. Therefore, it is the focus of this research which uses the long golden rules calculating blank accurately, analyses the forming properties
