MOTOR OVERHEAT ” ? “ 436 Y- AXIS: SOFTTHERMAL (OVC) ” ? “ 438 Y- AXIS: INV. ABNORMAL CURRENT ” METHOD Y-axis is synchronized with Y2-axis using simple synchronous control (position tandem). A possible cause of this alarm is a grid deviation between the synchronous control axes (master axis (Y-axis) and slave axis (Y2-axis)). To correct the deviation, perform grid position adjustment according to the following flowchart and procedure. ATTENTION The machine level of installing might influence the motor load. Therefore check and adjust the machine level before performing this procedure. ?
