旋转定位实验台的加工工艺及夹具设计 摘 要 随着科学技术的快速发展，测试某一些特殊材料的特殊性能，需要设计出一些特殊的装置才能达到要求。旋转定位测试实验台的设计，正是为了满足这种特殊需求而产生的。该设计就是针对样品旋转定位测试实验台的几个重要零部件作工艺规程设计。我们所学的机械加工工艺，采用机械加工成型的方法来改变原始毛坯的外体形状，尺寸还有相对位置和性质。到最后使其成为我们需要的合格零件的全部过程。机械制造加工工艺就是工人进行加工时的一个依据。在我们设计和编写工艺规程中，我们始终要对自己前面已确定的内容进行系统的调整。只有这样我们才能够更高效的工作。我们编写工艺规程过程当中，极其可能会出现特别多的情况。机械加工工艺生产条件的变化，还有国内外的最先进的技术，最先进的工艺，最好的材料和最先进的先进设备的应用。机械制造加工工艺学，机械类各式各样产品的加工工艺的研究对象，它的内容主要包括零件的加工和装配。机械加工工艺的主要指导思想即在保证产品质量的前提之下达到最好的生产率。机械加工工艺的研究的重要内容不单单是工艺过程，也同样包含所有零件的加工工艺和它们的整个的装配过程。机械加工工艺是使各式各样的人们需要的原材料，或者是半成品经过一系列过程成为产品的方式。而且到最后还要落实在工件所需要的车床、刀具还有夹具当中。此次毕业设计是对我们大学四年所学的机械加工工艺，和机床夹具结构作进一步的了解。是对我的学习的综合素质和实际设计工程实践能力的培养以及提高。在此次毕业设计当中，我进行资料调研，收集，整理，分析，总结。全面的掌握了规范的工程设计的程序、方法以及技术，提高了自己的工程设计计算能力，图纸绘制水平，攥写技术文件能力等。 关键词：旋转定位 V型块 齿轮 丝杠 工艺设计 Abstract With the fast development of science and technology,we need some special equipment to admit the requirement of testing some special performance of some special material.
