[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Dai Huang on glomerulosclerosis and expression of TGF-β1 and smad7 in rats with CRF. Methods Rats were divided into control group, not treated group and Dai Huang treated group with 20 rats in each group. The rats in the latter two groups were intragastric of Adenine. the treated group was fed with Dai Huang at a dose of 4g/(kg·d) for 4 weeks. Urine protein excretion, urea nitrogen and creatinine was measured.
