最佳建设有线电视网络的研究 口张永杰（上海科学技术职业学院，上海201800） 摘要：优质与高效的双向网络是有线电视网络公司参与市场竞争的基石，是三网融合业务的重要支撑平台。有线电视网络公司期待通过降低建设与运营成本、降低收费、提高服务质量和品牌建设，来增强网络的核心竞争力、盈利能力与影响力，这就要在网络建设过程中实现最佳建设，即在每个环节上都要监督与控制好投资成本、施工进度和建设质量，以实现最佳组合所有资源，并严格验收与后评价已建成的网络。从实践的角度，分析了建设过程中经常出现的各种不利因素，并给出了监督与控制的方法、内容和原则。 关键词：有线电视网络；网络建设；成本控制；质量控制；鱼刺图 The Research on Optimal Construction of CATV Network 口ZHANC Yong-jie ( Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology , Shanghai 201800 , China) Abstract:The high-quality and high-efficiency two-way network is the cornerstone for CATV companies to compete in particular markets. It is also an important supportive platform for the tri-networks integration busi-ness. CATVcompanies expect to enhance the core competitiveness , profitability and influence of the network by ways of reducing the construction and operating costs;lowering the fees and improving service quality and brand building. It requires them to realize the optimal construction in the process of network construction, which means they must supervise and control the cost of investment, construction progress and construction quality in each step of construction. And they must also strictly carry out acceptance inspection and post-evalu-ation on the completed network. In that way they can achieve the best combination of all resources. From the perspective of practice, this article analyzes the various unfavorable factors which often appear in the process of network construction. Meanwhile , it proposes the methods , content and principles to supervise and control these unfavorable factors.
