Answers: To maximize guests satisfaction. 最大限度的使客人满意 To ensure the orders are taken in a timely manner 确保及时地点单 To ensure daily specials are sold by the end of the day 确保每天结束前卖完每日的特别推荐 WHAT/ STEPS 什么/步骤HOW/ STANDARDS 如何/标准TRAINING QUESTIONS 培训时间Observe the guest if is ready for odering. 注意观察客人是否准备好了点单 Keep a close eye on the guest for any signs of them ready to order.
