论供应链中的预算管理在LM企业的运用 内容摘要： 随着经济的发展，企业对上下游资源的企业有着越来越多的经济往来。供应链管理在企业的经营管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用，受到人们越来越多的关注。笔者认为, 预算控制应该成为供应链管理的有效工具, 但供应链本身的特性决定了供应链预算控制与企业自身的预算控制将有所不同。本文首先对供应链及其预算管理进行了理论阐述，就自己实习企业的供应链预算管理进行了情况介绍，分析了现实操作中遇到的问题和造成的危害，提出解决该企业存在问题的解决办法，最后，对如何有效的进行供应链的预算管理进行了探讨。 关键词：企业供应链；预算管理；运用 Abstract： with the development of economy, enterprises of upstream and downstream resources has more and more economic exchanges. Supply chain management in the enterprise management plays a more and more important role, more and more attention by people. The author thinks that, budget control should become the effective tool of supply chain management, but the characteristics of the supply chain itself determine budget control and the enterprises own budget control of supply chain will be different. This paper first expounds on the supply chain and its budget management theory, has discussed his internship enterprise budget management of supply chain is introduced, the article analyzes the problems encountered in the practical operation and the harm, put forward the solution to solve the problem of the enterprise existence, and finally, on how effective budget management of the supply chain are discussed in this paper.
