CA6140车床电气系统设计 【摘 要】 本次毕业设计的内容是对普通型车床电气系统的设计。在普通型车床电气系统中既有自动控制又有手动控制的方式，因此在本次的毕业设计中我们就对该控制系统既穿插了自动控制又涉及了手动控制的方式，使其的动作更加智能化。 在自动控制的过程中我们用到了数字式时间继电器，让时间继电器按照我们的要求进行得电，进行延时，进行动作，已达到自动控制的目的。 由于电动机的运转时靠强电来驱动的，因此要控制电动机的人性化动作就不能直接手动控制，而是要借用一些中间的电器控制，使的电动机控制和手动控制异地化，这样就保证了操作人员的安全。因此在手动控制的过程中我们采用了交流接触器，单按钮，复合按钮，中间继电器等电器元件来实现手动控制的。 在设计中难免有一些困难来困惑我们，因此我们在设计的前期就在网上搜了大量的有关材料以备不时之需，经过材料的筛选和设计的总结，我们把有用的东西做了系统的归纳，就像在接线的过程中的简洁接法；不合理的接法等。我们都做了一些总结。 实际和理论确实有着差距，在课本中学到的东西在实际中就不一定能用得上，就像正文中我们总结的那样，同样的原理图但是在实际的接线后就会出现不同的结果。这些我们也做了充分的说明。 在正文中我们不仅对在设计中遇到的问题做了详细的说明和分析，也对本次的设计机床电气控制线路设计是学生已经掌握了机械制造、机械加工的一些基本技能，从事机床电气控制线路的设计是对以前所学电气知识的综合回顾和复习，以后对各种机床控制电路都可触类旁通，能自己动手设计和改进相应电路，也能排除相关电气故障。 【关键词】 CA6140 机床 控制线路 Abstract This paper mainly introduces the machine electrical control system for electrical control circuit is analyzed. but also works on the machine, parts of the model selection and use of methods and the role of the made for further orientation.
