PAGE  PAGE 12  试论中国民营企业家族式管理模式的存在和发展 摘 要 中国民营企业是中国国民经济的重要组成部分，它绝大部分是由一个家族或集团掌控，故称之为家族企业，家族企业的经营管理方式以家族式管理模式为主，家族式管理企业有它存在的历史、社会文化及经济等原因。在经济全球化背景下，大多数发展前景良好的企业都运用各种科学技术、前沿的科学管理理念和制度来管理企业，家族式管理模式已经越来越不适应竞争激烈的国际市场环境，只有对它进行改革，才能使中国民营家族式管理的企业在巩固市场占有率的同时进一步发展，立于不败之地。本文讲述了家族式管理模式存在的背景、原因和现状，并对中国家族企业的发展出路做出一定的探索。 关键词：民营企业；家族企业；家族式管理模式；管理制度 Discuss the Chinese private enterprise managing mode of existence and development  Abstract The Chinese private enterprise is an important part of what consist of Chinas national economy, it is by a majority of family or group control, so called family enterprise, family enterprise management mode to managing mode, it mainly in family-based management mode, Family-based managing enterprise exists historical, social culture and economic reasons. With the globalization of economy and social condition, most of the good development prospect of enterprise use all kinds of science and technology, the application of scientific management concept and system to manage the enterprise, family-based managing mode has more cant adapt to the fierce competition in the international market environment, only for its reform, to make the Chinese private enterprise of managing consolidate market share and further development and invincible. This article introduced the family-based management mode of existence, the background, reasons and status ,and the development of Chinese family businesses in a certain way.
