毕业设计用纸 第  PAGE 51 页 共  NUMPAGES 51 页 中文摘要 UG软件是美国EDS公司发布的CAD/CAE/CAM一体化软件，广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、通用机械及模具等领域。UG软件集CAD、CAM、CAE 于一身，其功能强大，使用该软件进行设计，能直观、准确地反映零、组件的形状、装配关系，可以使产品开发完全实现设计、工艺、制造的无纸化生产，并可使产品设计、工装设计、工装制造等工作并行开展，大大缩短了生产周期，非常有利于新品试制及多品种产品的设计、开发、制造。 我的毕业设计主要是用UG软件对气动高真空挡板阀进行的造型和装配，这是此软件专业功能，它为机械产品造型提供了专业的模块，使设计变的更快、容易，CAD/CAM/CAE系统提供了一个基于过程的产品的设计环境，使产品开发从设计到产品成型的完美过度。 气动高真空挡板阀主要零件有: 阀体、法兰、螺母等；材料有：铝合金、碳钢或不锈钢、密封件、丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶、波纹管（轴封）。 关键词：UG，CAD/CAE/CAM，气动高真空挡板阀，造型和装配 ABSTRACT UG software is American EDS by CAD/CAE/CAM integration software, widely used in aerospace, automotive, general machinery and mould etc. UG software set CAD, CAM, CAE, its powerful functions, the use of the software design, visual and accurately reflect the zero, the components of the shape, the assembly relation, can make the product development design, craft, fully realize the paperless production and manufacturing can make the product design, tooling design, tooling manufacturing jobs in parallel, shorten production cycle, very conducive to product test and multiple varieties of product design, development, manufacture. My graduation design is mainly in UG software for pneumatic flap valve for high vacuum modeling and assembling, this is the professional function, it is software of mechanical products modelling provides professional module, make design change faster, easier, CAD/CAM/CAE system provides a based on the process of product design, product development from design to product molding perfect excessive.
