第 27 卷 　第 8 期 北 京 体 育 大 学 学 报 Vol.27　No .8 2004 年 8 月 Journal of Beijing Sport University Aug .2004 髌骨运动轨迹的实验性研究 单大卯 (山东大学体育学院 , 山东 济南 　250061) 摘 　要 :结合下肢肌肉附着点三维坐标的研究 提供的有关资料 、数据 , 对髌骨 移动轨迹 进行专门 的实验性 研 究 。 髌骨上 、下缘点随膝角变化的运动轨迹类 似于抛物线形状 ;髌骨对增大股四头肌对膝关节力臂 有重要的 影响 ;在解剖基准位 , 髌骨使力臂长度增加了约 2.5 倍 ;90°～ 0°的伸膝范围 是髌骨 起增大 力臂作 用的主要 范 围 。 关键词 :髌骨 ;运动轨迹 ;肌力臂 ;全站仪 ;环节坐标系 中图分类号 :G804.61 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 :1007-3612(2004)08 -1057-04 Specialized Experiments for the Moving Track of the Knee Cap SHAN Da-mao (Institute of Physical Education , Shandong University , Jinan 250061, Shandong China) Abstract:The specialized experiments of patella trajectory are conducted by combining data provided by the research for the three-dimensional coordination of the origins and terminations of lower limb muscles .With the changes of the knee angles, the moving track of upper and lower edge point of the knee cap is similarly a parabola ;the knee cap has an important influ- ence on the increase of the arm of quadriceps femoris to the knee joint ;at the standard anatomic level, the knee cap makes the length of the force arm increase by 2.5 times ;the main range that the knee cap increases the arm of force is 90°-0° when the knee joint is extended.
