毕业论文 汾西新农村合作医疗公众 满意度调查分析 经济与管理工系系程 112094217 逯禹杰 学生姓名： 学号： 市场营销 系 部： 李洁 专 业： 指导教师： 二Ｏ一五年六月 汾西新农村合作医疗公众满意度调查分析 摘要: 20世纪80年代以来，合作医疗开始不断走向衰落，虽然各地区农村居民对合作医疗的满意度较高，但是由于受到“因病致贫”、“因病返贫”等不良现象的影响，导致合作医疗模式已经难以适应农村社会发展要求，因此，我国政府于2002年提出要“逐步建立以大病统筹为主的新型的农村合作医疗制度”。 调查采用随机抽样方法，总共调查汾西县250位农民。对调查的所有资料统一整理，进行统计分析。对参合农民的满意度以及参合满意度的影响因素进行分析，得出报销程序、起付线和报销封顶线、宣传力度这三方面满意度较低，对这三个问题提出针对性的建议和改善措施。 关键词：汾西县,新农村合作医疗,公众满意度 The analysis of Fenxi County new rural cooperative medical public satisfaction survey Abstracts: Since the 80s of the 20th century, the cooperative medical began declining, although different areas of rural residents for the cooperative medical service satisfaction higher, but people due to the influence by the poverty due to illness, poverty due to illness and other undesirable phenomena, leading to cooperative medical model has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of rural society.
