　　PTEN与Bcl2在鼻咽癌中的表达的论文 【摘要】 目的观察pten与bcl2在鼻咽癌(npc)中的表达情况，探讨两者的表达及其联合表达在npc发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程中的可能作用。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法，观察50例npc 石蜡标本和15例正常鼻咽黏膜标本中pten与bcl2的蛋白表达情况。结果正常鼻咽组织中，pten呈强阳性表达，而bcl2的表达仅局限在上皮层的基底细胞层。npc中，pten阳性表达率为22.0%(11/50)，bcl2为82.0%(41/50)，与正常组比较，差异均有统计学意义。两者在npc的表达强度无明显相关(r=－0.109，p=0.453)。结论在npc组织中，pten的低表达或表达缺失和bcl2强阳性表达可能协同参与了npc的发生，而在npc的发展、浸润和转移过程中，两者未能表现出明显的相关性。 【关键词】 pten；滤泡型b细胞淋巴瘤/白血病2；鼻咽癌 expression and clinical significance of pten and bcl2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue liu yangyun1, liu gengxun2,li zhengxian1,sun zhengliang1,zhou guanghua1,jiang ent of otolaryngology, the second affiliated hospital of hu′nan normal university(no. 163 hospital of pla),changsha 410003, china ,2.department of pathology abstract：objective to investigate the expression and interrelationship of phospharase and tensill homolog deleted on chromosome ten(pten) and bcell lymphoma/leukemia2(bcl2) in npc. to evaluate their clinical implications in carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of npc.methodsthe expression of pten and bcl2 ined in 50 poorly differentiated npc samples and 15 normal nasopharyngeal epithelium tissues using immunohistochemical staining (sp method).resultsin 15 normal nasopharyngeal epithelium samples pten ited to the basal cell layer. the positive rates of pten and bcl2 protein expressions al nasopharyngeal epithelium in both pten and bcl2 expressions ph nodes metastases. there plied their mutual cooperative role to participate in tumor occurrence , progression and metastasis of npc. key olog deleted on chromosome ten(pten), bcell lymphoma/leukemia2(bcl2), nasopharyngeal carcinoma(npc) 1资料与方法 1.1标本来源收集解放军163中心医院2000年1月~2006年12月65例鼻咽活检石蜡标本，其中低分化鳞癌50例，均经病理证实。.男女各25例，年龄16~78岁，中位年龄46岁。tnm分期采用2003年修改的国际抗癌联盟(uicc)和美国肿瘤联合会(ajcc)联合制定的tnm分期法分为t1:5例，t2:9例，t3:26例，t4:10例；有淋巴结转移者35例，无淋巴结转移者15例。所有病例活检前均未接受抗癌治疗。另取同期15例病理证实为慢性炎症的鼻咽黏膜标本作对照，男9例，女6例，年龄20~73岁，中位年龄47岁。 1.2主要试剂 pten、bcl2、即用型免疫组织化学超敏ultrasensitivetmsp试剂盒、酶底物显色剂dab kit(×
