　　中西医综合诊治盆腔静脉瘀血综合征及盆腔疼痛的研究的论文 ［摘要］ 目的 针对盆腔静脉瘀血综合征引起的慢性盆腔疼痛，浅谈运用中西医综合诊治以及临床应用价值和疗效体会。方法 收集1999年9月~2005年2月在我院门诊就诊的138例患者的临床资料，根据症候群的特征，运用西医对症诊治，结合中医瘀血症的辨证，分为3型进行治疗。结果 中西医综合诊治该病138例，治愈92例，治愈率66.67%；好转44例，好转率31.88%；无效2例，无效率1.45%。结论 正确认识盆腔瘀血综合征及盆腔疼痛的发病机制及病理变化，采用中西医综合诊治具有病人易于接受、疗效满意、治愈率高、副作用少的优点，可在临床推广使用。 ［关键词］ 盆腔疼痛；　中西医；综合诊治；盆腔静脉瘀血综合征 discussion on the traditional chinese and edicine diagnosis and treatment of the pelvic cavity vascular congestion syndrome pelvic cavity pain lu qi-ying，xia yong-hua.gaoyao maternity and child care institute of guangdong province，gaoyao 526100，china ［abstract］ objective for the syndrome of pelvic cavity vascular congestion is one of the most important reason arose the chronic pelvic cavity painful at gynecology，it is very intractable to clinical diagnose and cure.to share the experience that integrating the traditional chinese and edicine to make a diagnosis and treatment of the symptom，it shoethods september，1999 to february，2005 in our hospital，according to the character of symptomatology，bined the herbalist diagnosis of the congestion，applied the edicine treatment，it divided into 3 types to cure.results ninty-tong the 138 cases，there are 44（31.88%）cases got better，2（1.45%）cases are inefficacy.conclusion precisely recognize the pathogenesis variety of the pelvic cavity congestion syndrome and pain，adopt the traditional chinese and edicine to diagnose and cure，that is very easy acceptable by the patients，satisfied ote at the clinic. ［key edicine；diagnosis；pelvic cavity vascular congestion syndrome 盆腔静脉瘀血综合征（又称盆腔瘀血症），是由于慢性盆腔静脉瘀血所引起的一种独特疾病，是妇科常见病，也是妇科慢性盆腔疼痛的重要原因之一，多见于30~50岁的经产妇。.其临床特点为慢性下腹痛、腰骶痛、性感不快以及植物神经功能紊乱等症状。 早在1949年taylor［1，2］以“血管的瘀血和充血”为题，对盆腔瘀血综合征系统全面地进行了论述。从此对慢性盆腔瘀血性疼痛的认识有了一个重大的突破。1958年以后由于盆腔静脉造影术的开展［3，4］和盆腔手术所见以及腹腔镜检查的开展，越来越多的妇科医生对盆腔瘀血综合征有了进一步的认识，但因这一病的症状涉及范围广，没有典型的临床体征，致使患者的自觉症状与客观检查所见常常不符，体征上又易与慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症相混淆。临床上要靠先进的辅助检查和有经验的妇产科医师检查诊断，目前有些年轻的妇科医师仍然对本病缺乏认识，为此特对盆腔瘀血综合征的临床表现及临床诊断、治疗体会进行探讨如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 选择1999年9月
