 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 本科毕业设计 回流冷凝器设计 学 院 专 业 过程装备与控制工程 年级班别 2011级2班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2015年 05 月 29 日  回流冷凝器设计 [摘要]：传热过程是化工生产过程中存在的及其普遍的过程，实现这一过程的换热设备种类繁多，是不可缺少的工艺设备之一。由于使用条件不同，换热设备可以有各种各样的型式和结构。其中以管壳式换热器应用更为广泛。现在，它被当 作一种传统的标准换热设备在很多工业部门中大量使用，尤其在化工、石油、能源设备等部门所使用的换热设备中仍处于主导地位。 回流冷凝器是换热设备中的一种，是企业生产中的重要设备。它的作用是通过温度相对较低的水来冷凝温度较高的气体从而保证精馏塔液相产品的摩尔分率，从而使设备部分的温度保持在一个生产所需要的水平，使设备正常工作。因此，循环水冷却器的设计对企业的生产是很重要的，它很可能影响企业的经济损失，对其的设计具有很强的实际意义。 首先查阅相关文献资料了解回流冷凝器的基本原理、性质及应用，在化工生产中的地位和作用、回流冷凝器应用的现状和发展趋势、设计的理论基础、技术路线及其意义，对回流冷凝器设计有一个大体上的认识和理解。然后根据工艺要求进行工艺流程计算，确定设备类型、结构，并完成设备工艺设计部分，借助化工模拟软件完成。接着完成回流冷凝器结构设计与部分零部件选型，进行设备强度校核，利用SW6软件包完成设备的强度计算，并以此计算结果作为最终结果，完成设计计算说明书。最后利用计算绘图软件绘制设备的整套设计图纸。 [关键词]：换热器、换热面积、管板、换热管。  Reflex condenser design [Abstract]: The reflex condenser is the chemical production process of existence and its general process, many industrial departments, especially used in chemical, petroleum, energy equipment department.Heat transfer equipment is still in a dominant position.
