钢铁000318 钢铁 IRON STEEL 2000　Vol.35　No.3　P.68-72 纯净钢及其生产工艺的发展 刘浏　曾加庆 摘　要：分析了杂质在钢中的行为和引发的钢材缺陷，总结了纯净 度对钢材力学性能 和使用性能的影响。根据对脱磷工艺的控制，提出两种纯净钢生产工艺： (1) 铁水“三 脱”纯净钢生产工艺；(2) 钢水精炼纯净钢生产工艺。通过技术比较，铁水“ 三脱”工 艺生产效率高，过程温度损失小，辅原料和耐火材料消耗低，流程简单，控制容易 ， 冶炼周期短，可同时生产超低P、N钢种，适合转炉工厂采用。 关键词：纯净钢　铁水预处理　钢水精炼 DEVELOPMENT OF CLEAN STEEL AND ITS PRODUCTION PROCESS LIU Liu　ZENG Jiaqing （Central Iron and Steel Research Institute） ABSTRACT：The behavior of inclusions in steel and the defec ts c aused by them have been analyzed, the influence of cleanliness of steel on mecha nical properties and practical usage has been summarized. According to the requ i rement of dephosphorization, two processes of producing clean steel have been pr oposed:(1) the process of producing clean steel from hot metal after the pretrea tment of dephosphorization, desiliconization and desophorization;(2) the process of producing clean steel through refining of molten steel. The technical evalu a tion shows that the first process is simple and efficient, the temperature loss during the process is small and easy to control,the consumption of raw materials and refractories is low, the tap-to-tap time is short and suitable to produce super low N and P steel in converter.
