Cap 139N s 11 Possession of prohibited chemicals, etc. (1) Subject to section 17(7), a food animal farmer who has in his possession or under his control any prohibited chemical commits an offence. (2) Subject to section 17(8), a food animal farmer who has in his possession or under his control fodder containing or mixed with any prohibited chemical commits an offence. (3) Subject to section 17(7), a food animal trader who knowingly and wilfully has in his possession or under his control any prohibited chemical commits an offence.
