Methods: The hospital in June 2005 ~ 2009 hospitalized in March of 98 cases of ectopic pregnancy, before treatment, after treatment by fluorescence immunoassay for -HCG were measured, and the results were compared. Results: The patients in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, serum - HCG concentration of 832.51 mIU / ml, a total of 74 cases, the success group; serum -HCG concentration of 1 640.29 mIU / ml were 24 cases, the failure group. 7 d after treatment in both groups of serum -HCG levels drop, successful group, 63.83%, 20.59% failed group. Conclusion: -HCG test indicators in the diagnosis and guiding treatment of ectopic pregnancy has an important significance.
