Methods 221 patients with bronchiectasis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 221 patients with surgical treatment, recovered 202 cases, 19 cases of remission, the cure rate was 91.40%, no bronchopleural fistula, with no deaths. Conclusion preoperative location and extent of disease, indications for surgery is a good grasp of the key surgical treatment; correct full perioperative surgical treatment is to obtain a good assurance; appropriate cases, bilateral thoracic surgery is feasible.
