Methods 240 patients were retrospectively analyzed in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps ( type 1 in 14 cases, 26 cases 2 and 3 of 30 patients 50 cases of type 1, 2, 90 patients, 3 of 10 cases, type 20) of the clinical data. The total cure rate was 84.60%, of which type cure rate was 50.00% ~ 94.00%, -type cure rate was 30.00% ~ 84.00%, type of cure rate was 70.80 %. by 2 test, three types of significant difference between the cure rate. Conclusion correct surgical procedure, postoperative normalization dressing and appropriate use of hormones can improve the efficacy of endoscopic surgery.
