Methods 26 cases of acetabular fractures with open reduction and internal fixation surgery clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 26 patients were 5 to 63 month follow-up, an average of 28 months, 1 case occurred fractures healed traumatic osteoarthritis, 1 case of avascular necrosis, 2 cases of sciatic nerve injury. Conclusions of displaced acetabular fractures, as long as the condition allowed, should be selected as soon as possible open reduction and internal fixation is conducive to good therapeutic effect.
