Methods NGF marked with 99mTc, using isotopic tracer method and TCA precipitation method measured NGF content and radioactive counting of the linear relationship, by intravenous injection to rabbits, by the above-mentioned detection methods in plasma obtained at different times of trace concentrations of NGF, software analysis using the 3P87 pharmacokinetic parameters and initial analysis of tissue distribution. Results in rabbits after intravenous injection of NGF metabolism consistent with two compartment distribution model; 40μg/kg by intravenous doses, the measured T1/2α = 0.077h, T1/2β = 0.88h, AUC = 98.6514ng · h · ml -1. Conclusion 99mTc tracer has a good effect, for in vivo pharmacokinetic study. Methods NGF was labeled with99mTc, and its γ-ray counts was detected by isotopic tracing and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) precipitation method. From cpm of γ-ray and NGF content of samples, the standard curve was drawn and it was nearly a line.99mTc-NGF was injected into rabbit (n = 30) body from vena auris. Samples of rabbit blood were collected in different time (0.00833, 0.0166, 0.05, 0.0833 , 0.166, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4h). The techniques above were used to detect NGF concentration in rabbit blood and data were inputted into computer to analysis the pharmacokinetic parameter by software (3P87) . Results The metabolism in vivo conforms the double-compartments model.
