Methods: Myocardial perfusion imaging library from 99mTcMIBI extracted 55 cases of myocardial infarction, of which 25 cases of anterior group, the next group of 30 patients with posterior wall; normal control group 30 cases. Measured using self-compiled software, anterior or posterior wall infarction, under part of local swelling index EG / EF or FG / EF values, left ventricular myocardial infarction spherical targets EF / AB value.
