Methods Static adsorption experiments were carried out to study kinetics properties by periodic sampling.The factors of temperature, initial concentration and pH which affect adsorption process were investigated. Results The adsorption rate appears to be the first order kinetics. And the adsorption rate constants increase with lower temperature, higher initial concentration and pH value. Conclusion The results are significant in guiding the production of APIs. In order to enhance the adsorption rate, it should be appropriate to reduce the system temperature, increase samples’ concentration and pH.
