Methods: From May 2001 ~ May 2006 using the above method has treated 20 cases of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation. The average age of 43 years old, up from 6 to 16 months (mean 11 months). Results: All patients are given a good reduction and fixation. Conclusion: The clavicular hook plate for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation as a reliable and worthy of promotion methods. Clinical acromioclavicular joint dislocation is not uncommon. For the Allman Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ grade dislocation of treatment, because of its complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation, joint stability device damaged, needed surgery. At present, more popular method is to use clavicular hook plate fixation, the author uses clavicular hook plate for treatment of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation in 20 cases, results were satisfactory.
