Methods A retrospective analysis of 492 cases admitted to our department with sudden deafness patient information. The results of sudden deafness is not accompanied by tinnitus and vertigo patients with 77 patients, the therapeutic efficacy was 89.6%; with tinnitus without vertigo patients with 334 cases, efficiency 87.4% (Pgt; 0.05). Only 28 cases of vertigo, treatment response rate was 60.7%, while accompanied by vertigo, tinnitus and 52 patients, treatment response rate was 57.7% (Pgt; 0.05). Without vertigo with tinnitus and vertigo patients compared with patients with P lt;0.05. Conclusion of sudden deafness without vertigo prognosis is better, sudden deafness with or without vertigo in judging the prognosis is very meaningful presence or absence of tinnitus had no significant prognostic value.
